Coach Holiday To Bournemouth
Many folk think that being a courier on a coach holiday or day trip is easy, believe me it is not. Just about anything can happen, you have to be prepared for any eventuality and be jolly every minute.
At the The Mercure Bournemouth we are preparing for our first coach holiday and there is much excitment in the team. We so want our first holiday to go well. We have organised what we believe to be the best coach driver in Dorset to fetch our guests from Essex and Kent. Richard is a man you would want on your side should anything go wrong. He has a very sunny disposition, is extremely knowledgeable on local sights and history. He even manages to tell some half decent jokes that you haven’t heard 10 times before.
The journey to the hotel will be comfortable, our coach has ample leg room, a WC, there will be newspapers on board and some old fashioned boiled sweets to chew. We have chosen the City of Chichester as the lunch stop. It is a beautiful city with a stunning Cathdral. Next stop Bournemouth and a warm and friendly greeting from the reception team and porter. A reviving cup of tea and biscuits will be served in the bar whilst your suitcases are taken to your en-suite rooms.
Once our guests have unpacked there will be time for a stroll along the cliff top before dinner in the award winning The Mercure Bournemouth Restaurant.
There are so many places to visit on the free days The Russell Cotes Museum is close by and very interesting. Monkey World in Bere Regis is well worth a visit, they are doing amazing work on their breeding and rescue programmes.
